COVID-19 Notice:

Please Read This Notice Concerning Utility Accounts:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the City of Hartwell halted late fee accrual and utility disconnections during the months of April and May.  However in light of our state’s order for reopening, normal procedures for late fees and disconnections will resume beginning in June.  There will be no late fees applied to outstanding balances until June 26, 2020.  All delinquent accounts will be subject to disconnection on July 15, 2020. To avoid disconnection please pay all past due balances before July 15, 2020.

Utility Bill Payment:

If your utility services have been turned off for non-payment, please contact the City Hall office to make a payment at (706) 376-4756.
