About Us
The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City and is responsible to the City Council for the administration of all City departments placed in the City Manager's charge by orĀ under the provisions of the City Charter.
The City Manager is responsible for preparing and submitting the City's annual operating budget to the City Council.
The City Manager advises the City Council as to the financial condition and future needs of the City and makes such recommendations to the City Council concerning the affairs of the City as he deems desirable.
