Planning and Zoning Hearing - 04/22/2021

Application has been filed with the City of Hartwell Planning and Zoning Commission as follows: CASE NUMBER: 2021-08 Charlene Fields has filed for petition for annexation and zoning assignment with the City of Hartwell. The requested annexation is for approximately 22.02 acres at the tax parcel C55D-014. The request is to have the parcel split and zoning applied as follows: 1) R1- Single Family Residential, 2) R2- Multifamily Residential, and 3) B2- General Business District. The parcel(s) involved is in Hart County, GM District 1112th and shown on the Hart County Parcel Map as C55D-014. A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday April 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 456 E. Howell Street, Hartwell, Ga. All persons interested in this case are invited to attend. The Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation for this case may be considered by the Hartwell City Council at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 3rd, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
